Shipping policy

We will ship as soon as possible, packaging our products with as many things as we can to protect the glass. If the product breaks during shipping, that is at the risk of the buyer, and we are not liable and will not refund. Unfortunately, this is a risk that can happen with any products during shipping, and especially with glass being so fragile.
