Open Studio @ The Glassy Gardener’s Studio

*Upon purchasing a ticket to this session, you are agreeing to The Glassy Gardener not being liable for any injuries that may occur during the class. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Be aware of risks prior to registering your child. It is best to reach out to me before purchasing a ticket to discuss whether the class is the right fit for your kiddo!*

Come use my tools to work on whatever the heck you want! You will use your time however you wish, and stay for as long as you like for up to 3 hours to work on your projects. The drop in fee is due ahead of time to hold your place as spots are limited! You may show up at any point during the open studio time, but must leave by the end of the scheduled session. Please bring a box to bring your project and materials to and from these sessions.

Materials are not included (glass, foil, solder, flux, patina, etc) but some can be purchased from my studio.

Also remember to bring a separate pair of dry indoor shoes with a closed toe to wear in the studio and wear clothing you don't mind getting a bit messy! I wear an apron to work :)

There are 4 spots available per studio session. All consumable materials must be brought or purchased on site and are not included in the drop in fee. There are no refunds for the studio time purchased, but you may ask to move it to another spot with at least 24 hours notice. Thank you for your understanding!

My studio is located on 292 Mount Royal Place, which is my home! Parking is located on Mikkelson Drive, and there is some visitor parking located by the fenced off garbage bin area. There is no street parking on Mount Royal Pl.

HOUSEKEEPING:
- our home is a LGBTQ+ safe space. 🌈 
- we have two cats, 🐈 🐈⬛ they are not allowed in the basement studio space but will most likely greet you when you show up!
- the studio is in the basement and you must walk down some stairs to access it. 
- I will be letting students in 15 minutes early, but no earlier than that. Please ring the doorbell and allow me to let you in!
- Try your best to be on time, if you are late we have to start without you!
- smoking and vaping is not permitted, please go to your vehicle for that!
